Here's my mint aero homemade ice cream. It's too delish! Even I'm shocked at how nice it was.
I made this using a normal custard based vanilla ice cream recipe and then in the last stages of churning I added chopped mint aero bubbles (a few may have fallen in my mouth before they ended up in the ice cream though!).
I think this is a real winner for young and old!
